Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Urban Ritual.

Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us at hello@theurbanritual.com before returning any item to receive instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following cannot be returned: candles, oils, personal care products, or any item marked as final sale.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
